Happy International Women's Day 2024!
Today, I celebrate by showcasing portraits of a small selection of the remarkable women I've had the honour of photographing in recent years.
The theme for this year, 'Inspiring Inclusion,' strikes a chord with me as it perfectly encapsulates the values I've endeavoured to uphold in both my personal and professional journey—fostering environments where diverse voices are not only welcomed but celebrated, where life stories are esteemed and freely expressed within secure and supportive non-judgemental spaces.
I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have captured the essence and elements of countless inspiring women through my photography. Selecting subjects for this post was a random choice, not indicative of the level of inspiration each woman carries. Indeed, every woman I've had the honour to photograph holds a unique and invaluable story. The sheer abundance of remarkable individuals I've encountered makes it impossible to include them all in one article!
